In-person sessions are held at my practice located in the 6th district, Budapest near the Opera.

My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that solutions to personal challenges lie within every person.
For this reason I will primarily help you by asking questions instead of providing ready-made answers. Enabling you to discover your own answers makes them powerful and truly yours.
Change begins with shaping our emotional world and inner experiences. This is the essence of my approach. Because achieving our goals and desires doesn’t necessarily bring those feelings and satisfaction that we first associate with them.
You will realize by adopting this mindset that the source of your feelings and experiences resides within you. This fact is independent of your goals or circumstances.
In other words it is more effective to work with the feelings you wish to experience rather than focusing solely on specific goals. Our emotional world is the one thing that we can always shape regardless of external circumstances and unexpected situations.
That is why we will primarily focus on your thoughts and emotions during the process after mapping out your authentic goals and possibilities.
The coaching process is supported by visualizations, guided relaxation and meditation, energy work and the development of habit patterns that will help you create your authentic life and realize your goals.

I have worked on self-awareness for 15 years. The coaching approach became an integral part of my life in the past 5 years.
I have found from my personal and professional experience that the solutions often do not lie in analyzing root causes and cause-and-effect relationships because their source is infinite.
Our patterns are closely interconnected with the way we lead our lives.
This means that deeper insights often do not bring lasting change in our lives because they are connected to a whole system of thought and emotional patterns upon which not only our habits but our whole life is built.
That is why it is important for change to emerge through shaping our thoughts, emotions, and habits. This way we can overwrite and transform our old patterns through positive action and building a forward-thinking mindset.
The experience-based approach and mastering various tools is a time- and energy-consuming process. So it is most effective to work through this process. We can set your coaching plan together based on your needs and circumstances.
There is also option for occasional coaching sessions.
Please note that coaching is not considered therapy and is not aimed at processing trauma.
