The relaxation takes place in my tranquility room located in the 6th district of Budapest, near the Opera.

In today’s fast-paced world where tasks, expectations and information flood us at every moment we often forget to listen to our inner voice. The constant hustle not only affects our mental well-being but also takes a toll on our physical health.

Tibetan Sound Healing offers a magical opportunity to pause and rest. It is a sacred space where the soft vibrations of the singing bowls help release tension and be closely attuned.

Rooted in ancient Tibetan traditions, singing bowl relaxation has profound healing effects. The bowls’ vibrations gently flow through the body while the healing sounds quiet the mind and allow us to turn our attention inwards.

When the singing bowls are played, their vibrations permeate the entire body—our cells „bathe” in their waves. This state is not only relaxing but also regenerating: it strengthens our immune system, supports emotional stability and helps reconnect us with our inner world.

About the Tibetan Singing Bowl Session

I was introduced to the magical world of Tibetan singing bowls by my Indian master Shiva Girish. Combining his teachings with my own experiences I have created this unique, holistic approach to relaxation.

Each session begins with a conversation over tea to break free from the hustle and bustle of the day. You can share your thoughts and questions about the session. By the time the relaxation begins, you will be tuned in to the session and ready to let the vibrations of the singing bowls deeply affect you.

You will be surrounded by the sounds of 12 Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments. The vibrations of these instruments will help release stress, harmonize your energy and create inner balance.

In a Tibetan Sound Healing session you can:

  • experience deep physical and emotional rest and a special sense of calmness
  • release tension and experience the beneficial effects of stress relief
  • cleanse your energy and return to everyday life feeling refreshed
  • strengthen your inner harmony and get closer to your true self

The 2.5-hour session traditionally takes place in comfortable clothing, lying on a mat. At the end of the session, I will give you time to gradually return from the relaxation. You will have the opportunity to share your experience over tea and a light snack if you wish.

Allow yourself this quality time for relaxation if you feel that stress has dragged you down and you need a break to recharge.

Due to the length, depth and preparation required for this session, I only accommodate one guest a day. You can be assured of receiving undivided attention from me.
